SLA Manager
I collaborated with UPS Logistics to develop SLA Manager, a custom internal application designed to streamline the management of Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The application includes a comprehensive user and role management system, with a default Admin role to oversee the creation and management of users and roles. Depending on their role, users could create SLAs using pre-designed templates, and a robust approval workflow was implemented to ensure SLAs were properly reviewed before finalization.
A key feature of this project was the dynamic form engine, which allows users to customize SLA fields with unlimited flexibility in terms of data types and field additions. Developed using C#, ASP.NET Core, jQuery, and SQL Server, this application is now widely used within UPS Logistics, enhancing their ability to manage SLAs effectively while ensuring compliance with internal standards. This project highlights my expertise in delivering scalable, user-friendly enterprise applications tailored to specific business needs.
Registry Project

I collaborated with a French client on a freelance basis to develop a Registry Project designed to manage legal documents efficiently. This application allows for the creation and management of companies, employees, establishments, and documents, offering a comprehensive solution for handling legal records. A key feature of the project is the dynamic form engine, which enables users to add any number of fields of various types, providing flexibility in document management.
Developed using C#, ASP.NET Core, JavaScript/jQuery, and SQL Server, this system streamlines the process of legal document management, making it easier for businesses to maintain accurate and organized records. This project highlights my ability to deliver robust, customizable solutions tailored to specific client needs.
